Tsutomu Amai (天井努 Amai Tsutomu) is the President of 283 Production, appearing on THE iDOLM@STER Shiny Colors. He is voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda (津田健次郎 Tsuda Kenjirou).
Character Description
The president of 283 Production, who comes off as harsh and serious. In reality, he is very emotionally compassionate for all of the idols in his agency, to the point of even crying when they succeed, though he won't admit it. He is described by the Producer as having a dandy-like appearance.

- He produced the legendary idol Nami Yakumo, who features heavily in SHHis's plot. He was also close friends with Hazuki and her deceased father, a lawyer.
- In the manga, he also loves any foods and drinks that have less sugar.
