"Not everyone can have their dreams come true, Producer-san... But you'll let me bask in the spotlight again? I see... If you have that much confidence, I might as well... This is my last chance... This time, I'm betting it all on you..."

Character Description

Toko is a 25 year-old woman from Oita who debuted as an idol before in the past. Despite her dream of being an idol, her first try at stardom went poorly and she decided to give up. Before being scouted again by the Producer, she was depressed and had entirely given up on being an idol, believing that she had no talent. When the Producer does end up scouting her, Toko refuses to give up for the second time, and is incredibly driven and grateful to the Producer for offering her the second chance.

While she stays determined to not give up the second time, Toko remained a bit self conscious about her abilities and felt like she still might not have the talent to become a top idol. In her earlier cards and commus, she comments on this. Thanks to the Producer and the fellow idols around her, she finds the strength to stop living in the past as well as comparing herself to others. Her second chance has given her a new lease on life and she continues to blossom into a confident, beautiful idol.

As an adult idol, Toko is close friends with Rumi and Miyu Mifune.

Toko has a large collection of bath salts at home.
Toko is one of three Oita idols in Cinderella Girls. The other two are Aoi Shuto and Misaki Etou.
- Coincidentally, Toko is also the only Cool Oita idol.
  - All three also form an official unit named Big Separate Three (Japanese: ビッグセパレートスリー, Biggu Separēto Surī), whose name is a pun on the prefecture's name Ōita (Japanese: 大分, Ōita), in which 大 means big (Japanese: 大きい, ōkī) and 分 means separate (Japanese: 分ける, wakeru).
She shares the same birthday with Chris Koron.
