Character Description

Noa is a mysterious, silver-haired woman that hails from Nara. She is often described as stoic and sometimes speaks in a robotic manner. Initially viewing herself as a clean slate, Noa believed she had no future to discover for herself and any potential she had would disappear without her becoming anything. Because of this, during the first attempts at scouting her as an idol Noa wholeheartedly believed that even as an idol she would never change. Nevertheless, the Producer was able to promise Noa that he would bring out her potential if she became an idol, and having small hope in him, she finally agreed.

It is mentioned through Communications and various lines of hers that Noa values efficiency and punctuality, and takes work and business matters seriously, being an obvious perfectionist. Noa even likes to observe and analyze her fellow idols, using the feedback she gathers to improve and perfect herself. While she aims for perfection, Noa is self-conscious about her "un-natural" smile and how she expresses herself, getting told she often only shows a blank expression and can come off too robotic. Ranko and Asuka, however, admire her for her cool stance.

Noa's hobbies include stargazing and she finds comfort looking up at the sky on a starlit night. She is known to be interested in food, spices, and is fairly good at domestic skills such as cooking and cleaning. Noa even has an oddly spot-on tracking ability. Noa is in the unit Violet Violence with Tokiko Zaizen and Tsukasa Kiryu. She is also shown to be friends with Miyu Mifune.

It is hinted that Noa was a maid in a previous profession. However, that remains unconfirmed.
It is rumored that Noa always seems to have sunscreen on the palm of her hand. This may explain her pale skin.
Noa does not seem to have any particular dislikes or likes when it comes to food. A Cinderella Girls Theater strip even shows that she still ate her miso soup, which she accidentally poured too much salt on.
Noa apparently hates waking up early.
Noa and Karin Domyoji hail from Nara. This pair is dubbed Nara-gumi (奈良組, ) by fans.
Noa is one of only two 24 year-old idols in Cinderella Girls. The other one is Helen.
She shares the same birthday with Nao Okamura and Yayoi Takatsuki.

Fan Culture

A popular fan theory suggests that Noa is a time traveler from the future.
Starting from December 9, 2019, her fans on Twitter post any stuff related to her on Monday under the tag Cybernetic Monday (#サイバネティックマンデー, Cybernetic Monday).
While Noa was one of the more popular idols in the earlier years of the series, this has since changed with more introductions of other idols, particularly fellow Cool idols.
