new generations (ニュージェネレーションズ Nyuu Jenereeshonzu), also known as New Generation (ニュージェネレーション Nyuu Jenereeshon), is an idol unit in the Cinderella Girls brand. It was introduced in THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls anime.
The unit consists of the three initial cards of each type, and later heroines from the anime: Rin Shibuya, Uzuki Shimamura, and Mio Honda. It is unclear who the leader is in the games, although it is lead by Mio in the anime.

- In the anime, the name "new generations" was a placeholder name for when the unit could come up with a better name. At the end of Episode 5, the unit decided to stick with the name.
- All 3 members have held the title of Cinderella Girl at one point in THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls General Election, with Rin holding the title in 2014, Uzuki in 2016, and Mio in 2019.
