Character Description and Personality
A child star on a children's singalong program with an unfortunate case of stage fright, he's relieved that he is, at last, becoming too old for the show and will have to pass the torch to a younger cast-mate once his contract is up. His woes begin anew when his mother is approached by a talent scout from 315 Pro.

- Him and his mom are fans of the unit Jupiter, his favorite member being Hokuto Ijuuin.
- Nao is the fourth character to be named "Nao" in the overall IDOLM@STER franchise. The other Naos are Miki Hoshii's sister Nao Hoshii, Nao Kamiya from Cinderella Girls, and Nao Yokoyama from Million Live!.
- His hobby is playing shogi. He is interested in various other types of board games that are said to be similar to it, such as chess.
- He can’t swim very well, because he was so busy as a child actor that he never got the chance to learn in great detail.
