Minori Ishikawa (石川実 Ishikawa Minori) is the president of 876 Production and is voiced by Risa Hayamizu (早水リサ Hayamizu Risa) in the THE iDOLM@STER Splash Red Volume 3 Special Edition Bonus Drama CD insert of Splash Red volume 3.
Character Description
Most often addressed as "Ishikawa-shachou" or "shachou-san", is the president of 876 Production. In games, she is never seen as anything but a silhouette but appears much more often than her 765 counterpart, Junichirou Takagi. In print works, however, she is drawn in detail sporting a slightly similar hairstyle to Miki Hoshii. Her eyes have never been shown at any point. She is very good friends with both President Takagi and Yukio Igarashi.

Ishikawa remains unvoiced, and just like the agency presidents in previous games, she only appears as a silhouette. She appears quite often and interacts with her fellow employees more than any other in-game president.

Ishikawa was first voiced in the Limited Edition CD of Splash Red. She almost refused to let Ai Hidaka debut in 876 PRO because the idol didn't want to use her mother's fame to get a leg up on the competition.
