"Hi! I'm Mary. I had to leave my home because of family circumstances. I'm not complaining though since because of that I could become an idol. Eh? Not yet? Don't mind the small stuff! Now come on, carry my luggage!"

Character Description

Mary is a young American fashionista who left her home in San Francisco to become an idol in Japan. Because she's a foreigner she doesn't seem to understand many Japanese customs including the Japanese entertainment industry. She likes to be treated as a noble lady and to be the center of attention. However, she still feels lonely, as she often calls out for her mother when asleep. Mary likes to eat, but only the best of foods.

In the tie-in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Mary is a proud little actress who seeks to be the center of attention and to be viewed as an adult lady. She believes herself to be the cutest and sexiest of her friends, tries to act more mature than she actually is, and claims she is more popular than most of her fellow idols. This all tends to backfire on her. While she’s aware that she hasn't hit puberty, she’s still upset about her bust size when in comparison to idols like Satomi Sakakibara. She seems to be friends with Yui Ohtsuki and apparently sees Risa Matoba as a mentor. Hitomi Niwa points out that she and Honami Nishikawa have a mother-daughter relationship.

In the Mobage game, her in-game stats are defense focused, with special abilities that buffed them. She used to have the highest among Passion Type Idols but has lost that distinction thanks to the game's introduction of other idols and abilities.
While in her commu the Producer has to look down so that he can see her, Mary is actually quite tall compared to even some older idols like Yuka Nakano and Akane Hino. In fact, she is the tallest among all child idols in the game.
During photo shoots and work, Mary puts on a sexy act that makes the manager laugh at her; she dislikes this heavily due to wanting to look mature and sexy rather than like a child.
