Character Description

Arisu is a studious, responsible young girl. She loves to play games and frequently becomes engrossed in reading mystery novels. Arisu hates her name and prefers to be referred to by her surname because she deems it childish. She says that it sounds like a name out of a fairy-tale, which could be in reference to "Alice in Wonderland"; a story that her parents often read aloud to her. One of Arisu's favorite food is strawberries, and many of her cards and outfits feature them.

Due to Arisu being responsible, her parents have a tendency to overlook her since they are busy with work, confident that Arisu can handle things on her own. This causes her to feel lonely every time she comes home because there is no one home to greet her and have dinner with. During the preparations for her solo live in Starlight Stage, the producer asked her if she wanted to reserve some seats for her parents, this causes her to feel lonely until the backup idols in her live intervene, talking to her and calling the attention of her parents.

Arisu: Tachibana here and I never fail to check my mail regularly. Since I have some time tonight, I think I'll answer a few of your questions.
Question: Even when I'm studying, I get distracted easily. Could you please teach me a trick on how to improve my concentration?
Arisu: First of all, it appears that the human brain could only concentrate up to 15 minutes at a time. Which means, what you're experiencing is just normal. #DereMail
Arisu: In order to supplement concentration, let's focus on how to deliver nutrients to the brain. I believe that a moderate amount of sugar would do good.
Arisu: I think that this scientific approach would help in solving your problem.
Question: What is your favorite strawberry sweet?
Arisu: It is quite hard for me to answer which one is my favorite. #DereMail
Arisu: Not to mention, there are a lot of desserts that use strawberries. Allow me to introduce to you some of them.
Arisu: A jumbo parfait is quite visually overwhelming. But, this is best to be eaten with a company.
Arisu: A mille-feuille is a luxurious treat. It would fill you with happiness once you savor the slices of strawberries in it.
Arisu: A large tart is also nice. And it's even more gorgeous if it has a lot of strawberries.
Arisu: But if we're going after for the most ideal, it has to be one that is hand-made. I myself have a preference for that.
Arisu: Strawberries also contain a lot of nutrients. Seeing that it is also good for one's beauty and health, I strongly urge everyone to find the one that would suit their taste.

• Arisu is voiced as of December 25th, 2014 through in-game results announcement of the first Voice Idol Audition, placing first in the final ranking.
• The theme for Arisu's CD drama is "Arisu in Wonderland", in which the Producer continually tries to get Arisu to say things in a Märchen style. The Producer claims the theme was to bring out "Arisu's True Self" but it is later revealed, to Arisu's dismay, that it was meant as practice for a mini-live in collaboration with Nana titled: "Welcome to the Märchen World".
• A common joke surrounding her is the strawberry pasta, suggested by the rather naïve Kotoka who thought that the mixture of strawberries (Arisu's favorite) and pasta would mix well together. Tomoe, Yuzu, Sakura and Satomi all have tasted this food mixture. The recipe is even served in actual cafés that have collaborated with the series.
• Because her favorite fruit is strawberries, Arisu is the "strawberry" representative of MomoPearBerry, a tricolor unit consisting of fellow 12-year-old idols Momoka (peach) and Risa (pear).

• An exhausted Arisu from Asuka Ninomiya's [Saite Jewel] SR card has been subject to various photoshopped images that involve superimposing her into various situations.
